About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Associate Strategist to join a leading company in the restaurant technology and loyalty space. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven and client-focused professional to make a real impact in the industry.

In this role, you\’ll work closely with clients to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth. You\’ll collaborate with internal teams to implement campaigns, analyse performance, and provide strategic insights to optimise loyalty programmes.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

1. Onboarding new clients and guiding them through launching loyalty programmes
2. Developing marketing plans and guest segmentation strategies
3. Creating dashboards and reports to track key metrics
4. Conducting campaign analysis and presenting insights to clients
5. Participating in strategy meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews
6. Collaborating with internal teams to execute promotional strategies
7. Minimal travel (less than 5%)

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Excellent communication and client management abilities
3. A passion for marketing, CRM, and data-driven decision-making
4. Ability to explain technical insights to a non-technical audience
5. Bonus: Experience with loyalty programmes, business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI), or retail marketing
