The Social Media Listening Team (SML) provides specialist healthcare social media insights and analytics, combining industry expertise with digital savvy to navigate, translate, and contextualize vast information streams and deliver meaningful insights from social data. We’re now ready to grow our team and are seeking an experienced associate director level researcher with social media listening insight experience. Lead research activities to provide high-quality insights (through analytics, quantitative and qualitative research methods) Leverage industry knowledge and social media to deliver actionable insights and client recommendations Oversee day-to-day project management to ensure effective running of research Lead development of new procedures and/or offerings Support in the leadership and management of the SML team
