The Role:

This is a great opportunity for a Financial Services Associate with 0-3 years PQE to join this Top 20 International Law Firm.

You will provide advice to clients and colleagues and undertake or provide support on a wide variety of transactions. The clients include fund houses, asset managers, depositaries, wealth managers, etc.

The emphasis will be on creating and backing alternative investment funds, primarily structured as closed-ended limited partnerships, trusts, and similar entities. Additionally, there will be guidance on various contracts specific to the asset management industry and the relevant regulations.

Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. You will have 0-3 years PQE in a relevant field.
2. You will have good organisational skills.
3. You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
