Your role

The Regulatory Data Steward plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and usability of regulatory data throughout the entire product lifecycle. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, while also ensuring that regulatory data is effectively integrated with other key enterprise systems such as Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SAP.

By overseeing data governance and resolving quality issues, the steward supports compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Regulatory Affairs, IT, and Supply Chain—to ensure data is audit-ready, submission-compliant, and aligned with business needs. Ultimately, the Regulatory Data Steward acts as a key enabler of data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment.

What you\’ll need to succeed

Driven to grow and develop. More than 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with 3 years in Regulatory Information Management/Data Stewardship. You need to present a hybrid working pattern around a growing and dynamic team. You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
