Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award-winning multi-disciplinary design practice, who are seeking an extremely ambitious Associate Director to join their ever-growing team in Liverpool. Our client is built up from multiple talented Landscape Architects, Masterplanners, Architects, Ecologists and Planning consultants, who have developed an outstanding reputation for the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to take on a leading role within their busy Liverpool office, supporting their diverse workload in the North-West and nationwide, which covers all sectors and encompasses building design, masterplanning, urban design and conservation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate Architect who is ready to take the next step in their career to Director level, looking to further their progression and also have an influence on a company’s progression.

Associate Director Position Remuneration

Associate Director Position Overview

  1. Heading up the architectural team within the Liverpool office, overseeing all aspects of a project
  2. Developing new business
  3. Liaising with clients and other professionals on a regular basis
  4. Supporting junior members of the team, specialising within the conservation sector

Associate Director Position Requirements

  1. Outstanding design abilities with architectural and masterplanning experience
  2. Experience working within the Conservation sector is advantageous
  3. Technical proficiency in all major design software applications
  4. Full UK Driver’s licence
  5. Particular strengths in business development and client management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Live within a commutable distance of Liverpool
