A creative, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in London is seeking an Associate Director with good energy, ambition, and the desire to be part of the consultancy’s succession planning, which offers a clear route to Director.
The Associate Director’s Role
Based a short walk from London Bridge, the Associate Director will join a team of 15 who work across an array of projects including luxury hotels, high-end residential, retail, commercial, and rail jobs.
The successful Associate Director will have a solid pre and post-contract track record and ideally be comfortable carrying out a Project Management or Contract Administration function where necessary. You will also be comfortable in client-facing scenarios and have a willingness to be involved in fee winning.
