Associate Director, Cardiff

Lewis Davey is working closely with an independent consultancy based in Cardiff. The client is a mid-size consultancy with a broad spectrum of projects. In order to strengthen their team, they’re looking for an Associate Director to join them.

Our client is looking to speak to individuals with either private or public sector experience. We’re looking for confident individuals with excellent communication skills who are comfortable working as part of a busy team. You must have a commercial mindset and have a strong background of developing a client base and winning work. Ideally you’ll have experience with staff management but this is not essential.
