Associate Director – Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business
• Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
• Analyse marketing, set and implement plan to hit yearly targets
• Carry out valuations
• Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
• Business strategy and planning
• Ensure compliance with estate agency legislation

Associate Director – Experience needed:

• Proven background in estate agency and track record in a senior role
• Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
• Full knowledge of sales progression
• Previous experience with estate agency software
• Full UK driving licence is essential
