Associate Dentist – St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, East Sussex MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, to recruit a Private Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. Practice Details: Independently owned practice. Available as soon as possible, considering notice periods. Part-time opportunity with flexible days/hours. Surgery hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm, with a 60-minute lunch break. Practice profile: 40% NHS / 60% Private. 50% private fee split. Opportunity for Private treatments such as Invisalign, Whitening, Implants, and Smile Design. No new NHS patients since 2019; all new patients are private. Up to 5000 UDAs available at £14.50 per UDA. Role Responsibilities: Managing an existing list of NHS, Practice Plan, and Fee Per Item patients. Full clinical freedom for associates. Providing services including Short Term Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Endodontics; additional skills are welcome. Practice Facilities and Equipment: 3 surgery dental practice, computerised with Pearl software. Air-conditioned surgeries with CBCT 3D Scanner, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and Microscopes. Access to iTero Scanner for Invisalign and restorative work. In-house and external referrals for Implants and Endodontics. Team and Location: Existing team includes Principal Dentist, Treatment Co-ordinator, 2 hygienists, and visiting Implantologist. Free street parking at Warrior Square; nearest train station is St Leonards Warrior Square, less than 5 minutes walk.
