Position: Associate – Civil Engineering

Introduction

Our client, a leading engineering company, is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join their Infrastructure Group in London. As an Associate Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing solutions to local infrastructure and utility needs, as well as contributing to the planning and design of cities worldwide. This is a permanent position for someone looking to grow their technical and operational expertise in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, overseeing civil infrastructure design from project proposition to construction.
• Plan project resources and finances, ensuring financial performance.
• Lead and manage technical staff, including workload planning, mentoring, and development.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Contribute to the work-winning team to secure the company\’s project pipeline.

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in infrastructure design, specializing in Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage.
• Proven success in delivering multidisciplinary projects and managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage.
• Membership in a relevant professional institution.
