REISS is looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their London Battersea Power Station store.

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)

Role Overview:

As a Retail team member at Battersea Power Station, you\’ll be an Assistant Store Manager responsible for delivering premium customer service, achieving targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting daily store operations
• Driving sales and maximizing profitability
• Achieving KPIs
• Training and inspiring the team
• Implementing operational procedures
• Supporting recruitment and performance reviews
• Acting as Deputy in the Store Manager\’s absence
