Ideal Candidate

  • Experience as a Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is preferred, but candidates from leisure or retail management backgrounds will also be considered
  • Motivated by results, committed to high standards, and excels in delivering excellent customer service
  • High attention to detail, understands company procedures, and can deliver clear instructions
  • Open to travelling within a 45-minute radius of your home and other locally accessible stores
  • A proactive, solution-focused individual capable of prioritising, delegating, and developing a team to meet targets

The Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, coaching, and developing a team to achieve outstanding results
  • Deputising for the Store Manager to ensure compliance with all processes and procedures
  • Setting and implementing tasks to deliver effective service, stock management, and customer flow
  • Maximising sales through effective execution of the operating plan
  • Driving the team to meet and exceed targets, setting clear goals for individual development
  • Managing daily stock ordering to ensure store availability
