Assistant Farm Manager – Lancashire

Are you an experienced poultry professional seeking a new challenge? We offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to join our client\’s team in Lancashire. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency on the farm.

The Job

1. Managing ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to optimize bird health.
2. Keeping detailed records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions.
3. Making autonomous decisions, especially when covering for the Farm Manager.

The Candidate

1. Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently when required.
4. Excellent communication skills.

The Package

1. Salary: £30,000+ per annum.
2. Bonus scheme.
3. Accommodation allowance including council tax and water.
