We at Off to Work are recruiting an Assistant Operations & Staffing Manager to join our dedicated London team.
Role Overview:
Working within the Operations team and under the guidance of the Senior Client Account Managers, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining regular communication to nurture relationships and provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with tailored teams.
You will project manage multiple events, ensuring the successful delivery of staffing teams, profiling and selecting candidates, and ensuring shifts are fully staffed with appropriate, well-groomed, punctual, and well-briefed staff.
You will also nurture and mentor casual team members, managing their welfare and retention, and developing your client portfolio by working alongside clients and the casual team at events.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years in an operations management role within 4 or 5-star hotels, premium events, or corporate hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable working telephonically, with strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, detail-oriented, and able to focus on multiple tasks.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Hubspot is a plus.
