We are partnering with our client, a family office owning a mixed asset class investment portfolio in the UK. Due to expansion, they seek an Assistant Development Project Manager or Development Manager to join their small, established in-house property team in London. This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of industry experience seeking a client-side position.
Responsibilities include managing development processes from team appointments, tendering, project monitoring, to leasing and Facilities Management. Experience with live development projects, particularly in new build office schemes in London, and confidence in managing external consultants are desirable.
