The role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Asset Management Product Specialist to manage and support our institutional accounts globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling everyday needs including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Data Room management, term sheets, factsheets, and presentation decks. This role demands a meticulous and proactive individual capable of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Documentation Management : Oversee the preparation, review, and timely delivery of DDQs, RFPs, term sheets, factsheets, and presentation decks.
- Data Room Management: Ensure secure and organized management of Data Rooms, facilitating seamless information flow and access for clients.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all client deliverables.
- Timely Execution : Deliver tasks and projects within tight deadlines, demonstrating speed and precision.
- Pressure Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and delivering consistent results, even under pressure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across various departments to gather information, coordinate responses, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
