As an assembly operative, you will be rotated through various areas of the operation. You will receive training in different departments, which could include blueprint reading, marking, cutting, assembly, finishing, and dispatch.
Previous experience is not always required; however, preference will be given to applicants with a history of manual work, those committed to long-term contracts, and individuals who demonstrate a positive team ethic, a willingness to work towards KPIs, and hitting targets.
This position is based in the S13 area of Sheffield. Previous experience in production or assembly work is advantageous.
