Requirements

Case Management:

1. Handle a caseload of asbestos and mesothelioma-related claims from inception to resolution.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations.
3. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.

Client Representation:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their asbestos-related claims.
2. Communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
3. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Legal Research and Analysis:

1. Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
2. Analyse case law and legal trends to strengthen legal arguments.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys, to ensure the seamless progression of cases.

Advocacy:

1. Build strong, persuasive arguments to support clients’ claims.
2. Advocate for clients in court and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
