Requirements
- Case Management:
- Handle a caseload of asbestos and mesothelioma-related claims from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Client Representation:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their asbestos-related claims.
- Communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Legal Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
- Analyse case law and legal trends to strengthen legal arguments.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys, to ensure the seamless progression of cases.
- Advocacy:
- Build strong, persuasive arguments to support clients’ claims.
- Advocate for clients in court and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
