Requirements

1. Case Management:
   • Handle a caseload of asbestos and mesothelioma-related claims from inception to resolution.
   • Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations.
   • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
2. Client Representation:
   • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their asbestos-related claims.
   • Communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
   • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
3. Legal Research and Analysis:
   • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
   • Analyse case law and legal trends to strengthen legal arguments.
4. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys, to ensure the seamless progression of cases.
5. Advocacy:
   • Build strong, persuasive arguments to support clients’ claims.
   • Advocate for clients in court and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
