Job Description:

Our brand-new client, who has seen significant growth as a business, with offices based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.

As Asbestos Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities and business revenue growth.
  2. Managing end-to-end projects from initial engagement to project delivery.
  3. Ensuring the commercial team meets targets and delivers fantastic results.
  4. Analysing project costs, profitability, and pricing strategy to maximise revenue.
  5. Working to HSE legislation.
  6. Attending team meetings and client meetings.

To be considered for the role of Asbestos Contract Manager, you will have:

  1. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  2. A strong understanding of regulations and guidelines within asbestos.
  3. A willingness to travel to client sites in the UK.
  4. A full, clean UK driving licence.
  5. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  6. Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with cost management and financial analysis.
  7. The ability to identify additional business opportunities.
  8. Strong relationship-building skills.
