Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain the artistic and stylistic vision of the game from concept to shipping, including marketing efforts and IP definition.
2. Lead the entire art department, overseeing concept art, 3D modeling, FX, and lighting.
3. Ensure the game art is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
4. Maintain an excellent understanding of lighting, mood, composition, and color theory.
5. Develop and sustain the branding of the project.
6. Coordinate with internal technology teams regarding pipeline and process improvements.
7. Review levels, scenes, lighting effects, etc., for maximum visual impact.
8. Provide creative input, direction, and mentorship/support to art leads and artists.
9. Collaborate with studio executives and department leads for ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Work abroad (EU work permit required).
2. 8+ years of industry experience.
3. Experience in visual development or world-building for games, film, or animation.
4. Exceptional eye for visual quality and ability to communicate feedback effectively.
5. User experience knowledge related to web, mobile, and film development.
6. Creative direction and campaign strategic development skills.
7. Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
