Animation Production Manager

We are seeking accomplished Animation Production Managers with specific experience in commercials. This role requires strong leadership qualities, a clear communication style, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the animation production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
  • Oversee and develop production schedules, budgets, and resources, aligned with client expectations and project demands.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments including creative, technical, and production teams to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality outputs.
  • Communicate effectively with the producer and team, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment, supporting the welfare of the team.
  • Solve production-related challenges swiftly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Ensure the quality of all deliverables meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experienced within the production manager role, having worked on multiple productions within the animation and commercials sectors.
  • Experience of budget and schedule management and resource allocation in a production environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools related to animation production, including Good Workspace. Shotgrid is a benefit.

Location

Projects will be working with a distributed team, primarily on GMT working hours. You may be working with US clients that require slightly shifted hours, on a project need basis.

We offer a hybrid working environment at our studio in Shoreditch, London, and working in the studio as required is a benefit.
