About the Job

Working on a shift basis, responsible for supporting customers face-to-face at UK airports with on-the-day disruptions, including queue management, changing travel protocols, entry requirements, flight delays, incidents, and crisis situations.

Be passionate about improving the customer experience and embracing new trials and technologies.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, escalating to the Customer Experience Airport Management team when necessary, and ensuring seamless journeys by working with internal airport teams.

Maintain accurate logs of daily events impacting customers, support handovers, update stakeholders on trends, and review daily feedback to balance customer and business needs.

Support the Airport Team Leader/Manager in achieving objectives and KPIs.

Shift pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off.

About You

Customer-centric with a passion for travel and delivering excellent service. Able to remain calm under pressure.

Experience in handling difficult face-to-face conversations with customers.

High standard of written communication and attention to detail.

Effective collaborator, able to work independently, and escalate incidents appropriately.

Confident with technology and system usage.

Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Additional Requirements: Ability to obtain a full and valid Airside ID, which requires a UK Disclosure Barring Service check, 5 years of verifiable work or education history, and a valid passport. Must be 18+ years old and able to travel to the airport at any time.
