Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling import operations, including customs entries
2. Taking bookings and managing quotations
3. Arranging collections and deliveries, liaising with overseas partners to ensure high customer service standards
4. Providing accurate information and maintaining a professional, helpful attitude
5. Ensuring high-quality work when passing tasks to others
6. Authorising and reviewing quotations, advising the operations team
7. Maximising profits
8. Understanding Customs requirements, Aviation Security, and Dangerous Goods regulations
9. Implementing controls, formalities, and procedures before and after shipment
10. Supporting operational needs based on qualifications and training
11. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
