Position: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Lewisham, South London

Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 plus overtime

Working Hours: Days, Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

PRS is recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC systems at a contract in South London. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial building maintenance, with knowledge of M&E and fabric plants. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance. Duties:

• Maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of AC and refrigeration systems
• Leading a team of engineers
• Working with plant splits, VRV, VRF, chillers, down flow units, and heat pumps
• Managing HVAC plant and associated equipment
• Servicing AHU plant and related equipment
• Split system maintenance and VRV servicing

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent in air conditioning and refrigeration
• Commercial experience in building services or facilities management
• Experience with VRV, VRF, chillers, and air handling units
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualification
• Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Flexible attitude and positive approach
