Our client, an established Hertfordshire-based Air Conditioning & Ventilation company with a rapidly expanding Service & Maintenance department, is looking to bring an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with 5-7 years of knowledge in Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance to join the team. The ideal Engineer will be based within 30 miles of the company's office, which is a stone's throw from Hatfield.
The Engineer will be working across London, Hertfordshire, and neighbouring counties, carrying out PPM, Service, and all reactive work on split/multi-split, VRV/VRF, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, and chillers. Reactive work will include a call-out rota of 1 in 5, with additional standby payment. The Air Conditioning Engineer will work across all major commercial sectors such as Data Centres, Universities, Hospitals, MOD, Industrial Process Manufacturing, Blue Chip Company HQs, Multi-Tenant Landlord Owned Buildings, Small Private Businesses, Schools, Supermarkets, and Retail.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing & resolving service and breakdown calls for varying Commercial & Domestic client sites across London and the Home Counties.
- Completing planned Maintenance & Service Works on split, multi-split, VRV, VRF, and AHU systems at the varying sites.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years+ AC, AHU & Ventilation PPM & Fault-Finding experience
- F-Gas certification
- NVQ level or equivalent is desirable
- Clean Full Driving Licence
Compensation:
- £40-47k Circa Per annum Depending on experience
- 40-hour week, 8-5 with an hour lunch
- Overtime 1.5x and 2x
- Door to Door travel pay
- Call out rota 1 in 5
- Company Van with personal use
