This role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

Reporting to the Head of Partner Operations, you will manage operational and technical relationships with large affiliate networks. You will support internal teams (commercial, finance, D&I, and Product) and partner discussions related to affiliate networks. Your work will involve collaborating with commercial, new business, and partners to ensure integrations meet current and future business needs. You will review UNiDAYS tracking with affiliates and key partners to improve accuracy, data collection, visibility, and financial processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Manage operational and technical relationships with affiliate networks and UNiDAYS direct partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key affiliate networks to stay informed about industry and technical changes.
  • Serve as the UNiDAYS subject matter expert on affiliate network tracking and attribution.
  • Support new business activities by advising on integration approaches based on partner requirements.
  • Lead affiliate network integration and audit initiatives to identify and address revenue loss, improving tracking integrity.
  • Assist commercial teams and partners with technical queries and troubleshooting.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future developments.
  • Establish regular check-ins with affiliate networks to discuss new features and improvements.
  • Help internal teams enhance their understanding of affiliate tracking across the business.

What we need from you

  • Extensive experience working with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective, preferably within a major network or related role.
  • Knowledge of different tracking and attribution approaches, including app-specific considerations.
  • Partner-facing experience with a consultative approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex data for trends and anomalies.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience supporting API integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Since 2011, UNiDAYS has achieved significant milestones. This role offers a chance to make a global impact within a leading Student Affinity Network, reaching over 22 million members across 115 markets. We work with top brands worldwide, engaging future professionals and building brand loyalty. Recognized as a Great Place to Work, we prioritize employee wellbeing and inclusivity.

Our environment is fast-paced, fun, and social, with flexible working options. You can choose to work from our London or Nottingham campus or remotely. We offer comprehensive benefits, including holiday entitlement, bonuses, pension, health insurance, and wellness programs, along with support for remote working setup.

We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity, valuing all backgrounds and identities.
