Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Editor – Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an expert Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Editor to join our team based in Eastleigh, York, or London.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging, customer-focused web experiences.
Aviva adopts a “smart-working” policy, meaning approximately half of the work is in-office, with roles based in Eastleigh, York, or London.
About the role:
The successful candidate will manage, build, and publish pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), contributing to delivering optimal web experiences on the aviva.co.uk website and supporting project initiatives.
They should understand digital best practices, user experience, design principles, and accessibility standards, providing content and product suggestions and guidance to business teams.
The role involves teamwork across locations, offering training and support to other AEM users, responding to emergencies, and occasional out-of-hours work.
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Photoshop, Analytics, and Jira is desirable.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience with web production using CMS, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Recent hands-on experience with AEM is essential.
- Understanding of website architecture and SEO is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including business, technical, and creative professionals, preferably within Financial Services.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization skills, and customer focus.
- Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams.
