DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage records and files
- Handle employee in- and out-processing
- Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs
- Support the Government Task Manager
- Draft and route correspondence
- Coordinate conference rooms
- Maintain office equipment and supply inventory
- Manage office mail and correspondence
- Oversee task management system (CATMS)
- Assist in office training programs
- Input and manage databases as directed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with the Defense Travel System and timekeeping management programs is a plus
