CBW has a new opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a leading facilities company. You will be responsible for greeting and booking in customers and will be expected to conduct yourself in a kind and considerate manner. This role is based in Bermondsey, South East London, and the ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience. Free lunch is also provided on-site! Hours/Contract Length/Pay:

  • 09:00-17:00
  • Monday-Friday
  • £12.50p/h

Contract running until the end of June.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and visitors, ensuring a warm reception.
  • Carry out check-in/check-out procedures for guests.
  • Be the first point of contact for all members, dealing with situations courteously and professionally both in person and on the phone.
  • Respond to members\’ requirements and promote facilities.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues.
  • Operational knowledge of front-of-house services and how to access them to meet members’ needs.
  • Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk.
