Robert Half are proud to be exclusively partnered with a global business in Cambridge who require an Accounts Assistant on an interim basis for 6-12 months to cover a maternity leave (with potential of perm thereafter). This role is immediately starting and offers flexible hybrid working with 3 days in-office and 2 days per week from home. Th

Daily responsibilities

-Transactional invoicing – Accounts Payable/Receivable and bank reconciliations on international basis

-Preparation of two streamlined management accounts

-Prepare actuals vs budget reporting

-Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns

-Reconcile supplier statements

-Posting of bank payments

-Forecast upcoming payments in treasury

-Manage internal payroll end-to-end

Experience required

-Managing finance responsibilities in a SME environment

-Experience supporting month end management accounts and payroll

-Immediate availability or short term notice
