Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager – A global strategic communications firm specialising in reputation and crisis management.

Our client is a fast-growing strategic communications firm. They manage the reputations of leading companies, political organisations, and private individuals and families, navigating the world’s most complex communications challenges. The company has a hard-working, fast-paced, and fun environment, with an upbeat culture and a tight-knit team who work closely to support each other. They support senior leaders to understand and respond to rapid geopolitical, societal, and technological change.

Job Purpose:

  • To provide support and assistance across clients to ensure that day-to-day handling and administrative requirements for particular clients are met.
  • To provide: press and political monitoring; additional research capability (from desk-top research and third-party sources); and to assist in the drafting of advice notes.

Key Tasks:

  • Assist with the delivery of specified tasks for assigned client accounts effectively; promoting trust and confidence in the relationship with the business.
  • Help in the production of key account documents for Associate and Account Directors as required (advisory/briefing notes; media engagement outputs; briefing reports; speeches; and presentations).
  • Contribute to and initiate new ideas and fresh thinking on client communications strategies and tactics.
  • Draft written materials for clients as required (articles, speeches, op-eds, press releases).
  • Oversee and supervise junior team members as required.

Experience of working with Middle East clients would be ideal.

Strong agency background is a must.
