Job Description:

Euronet is seeking a talented Account Manager to be based in our London offices. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and driving growth in our merchant services division. The position reports to the COO – Merchant Services.

This role requires a solid understanding of the payment processing industry and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include providing training, merchant support (remotely and on-site), and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, conduct regular check-ins, and identify upselling opportunities.
  2. Merchant Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, address inquiries, resolve issues, guide merchants through projects, and educate about new features. Collaborate internally for seamless implementation.
  3. Sales Support: Manage client portfolios, create proposals, drive contracting, and prepare presentations and reports.

Requirements:

General Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, ideally in financial services, payment processing, hospitality, or retail.
  • Familiarity with payment industry trends is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies and client needs in retail and e-commerce.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
