As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and executing PR strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will champion diverse thinking, have a passion for creativity and innovation, and be committed to delivering results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts, develop PR strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact and anticipating their needs.
  • Handle media relations, securing coverage across various publications.
  • Develop and present reports and proposals to clients, including campaign updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Present PR ideas and successes to the marketing team, providing insights on effective earned media strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize effectiveness.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients and teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with internal processes.

About You:

  • Experience with campaigns involving high-profile talent, press, and influencers.
  • Strong media contacts and understanding of the UK media landscape.
  • Knowledge of cultural moments, partnerships, and reactive opportunities.
  • Proven success in managing complex campaigns and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized with strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and idea generation abilities.
  • Experience with influencers across earned, paid, and owned media is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to approach tasks from multiple angles.
  • Experience in fast-paced agency environments with global and local projects is preferred.
