Job Title: Account Manager (12-Month FTC)
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a leading food retail client. The role involves managing the successful progression of products through the approval processes, including specs, pack copy, and artwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service delivery to the client, managing internal and external stakeholders
- Project management: capacity, capabilities, and prioritization
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and development
- Representing Ashbury in client meetings
- Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders
- Preparing performance and status reports
- Handling client feedback and managing difficult conversations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Account Management or Project Management experience
- Experience in FMCG, preferably food retail
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to develop and improve processes
