Job Title: Account Manager (12-Month FTC)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a leading food retail client. The role involves managing the successful progression of products through the approval processes, including specs, pack copy, and artwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service delivery to the client, managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management: capacity, capabilities, and prioritization
  • Identifying opportunities for service expansion and development
  • Representing Ashbury in client meetings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Preparing performance and status reports
  • Handling client feedback and managing difficult conversations

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Account Management or Project Management experience
  • Experience in FMCG, preferably food retail
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to develop and improve processes
