Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity to join our North American Property team as an Account Handler. North American Property is a rapidly growing area within Miller, a leading specialist (re)insurance brokerage with offices worldwide. Role Responsibilities:

1. Understand clients\’ business and risk management needs, supporting service delivery.
2. Monitor upcoming renewals, gather information, and facilitate timely renewals.
3. Prepare market documentation tailored to clients and market requirements.
4. Create presentations for clients, both new and existing.
5. Produce accurate client documentation, including Market Reform Contracts, Evidence of Cover, and Policies.
6. Ensure timely closure of market documentation, noting premium payment warranties and contract deadlines.
7. Collaborate with technical teams for insurance placements.

Qualifications:

• Working towards CII qualifications; Cert or higher is advantageous.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of the London Insurance Market and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with markets like Lloyds, London, Overseas.
• Knowledge of relevant insurance products.

Experience:

• Experience in an Account Handling role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
