Position Overview:

The ISS STOXX sales team is seeking a B2B Senior Account Executive product specialist for our fast-growing Global Securities Class Action business (SCAS). The role requires a minimum of 7-10 years sales experience as an individual contributor, preferably in the financial services sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for your territory, along with developing senior relationships with some of the world\’s largest Institutional Investors. You will prospect for new accounts and manage existing client relationships, including ISS’s largest Global Institutional accounts. You will work with a business development representative and leverage ISS’s subject matter experts to support technical sales.

You will join a leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions for asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds, and asset service providers. The SCAS business unit specializes in global securities class actions and anti-trust cases, offering end-to-end solutions from research to fund recovery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients
  • Using a consultative sales approach
  • Managing the entire sales cycle
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
  • Collaborating on prospecting strategies
  • Providing client feedback for product development
  • Working with teams to meet client needs
  • Leveraging ISS resources to generate business
  • Understanding securities class action market dynamics

Qualifications:

  • Motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Committed to continuous learning
  • 7-10 years sales experience in financial services preferred
  • Experience in EMEA market prospecting and selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent worker with good time management
  • Ability to build credibility with senior executives
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree; MA, CAIA, or CFA preferred
