Job Description:

Account Director opening at London’s largest independent and most successful integrated communications agency to work on a famous FMCG/food brand, a market leader making some of the most creatively awarded and talked about work around. This agency is at the top of their game and their values are simplicity, collaboration, and un-preciousness based around ideas rather than channels. They work with one of the most awarded brands in IPA effectiveness history. They work across the marketing mix, leading everything from ATL to social media. They have a unique culture and are looking for people who will make a positive contribution to this, including:

Here the ADs are the lead strategic adviser to their clients and the ‘go-to’ person for helping them with their business issues. You will report directly to the Business Director or a Managing Partner and share the responsibility for managing the account. Here you are encouraged to work with your account team as you would your own mini agency, to take the initiative and be entrepreneurial. You will lead and motivate the account teams to deliver first-class account management; ensuring projects delivered are of a high standard, on time and on budget. You will lead your account team to develop proactive and responsive strategic proposals which drive demonstrable value for your clients. You will identify and develop relationships with key budget-holding clients across their business at all levels, seeking opportunities and developing plans for business growth within your accounts.
