About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Account Director to join a high-performing automotive media team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of media agency relationships — developing creative, cross-platform advertising solutions that deliver results. This role is perfect for someone confident in front of clients, well-versed in digital and print media sales, and comfortable working closely with teams across content, operations, research, and delivery. You’ll report to the Head of Agency Trading and play a key role in developing long-term client partnerships, delivering revenue growth, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly from pitch to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of media agency accounts
- Sell across print, digital, data, demand generation, and content partnerships
- Develop and deliver compelling sales strategies based on data and insight
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across your agency patch
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in full
- Use tools like TGI, GA, Visual DNA, Lotame, and Campaign Reports to strengthen sales stories
- Support wider commercial goals while driving YoY revenue growth
- Operate with autonomy while aligning with the company’s client engagement strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in media or agency sales
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and long-term client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in developing sales strategy
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of revenue targets
