We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accommodation Manager to lead and manage accommodation services for a fantastic London site. This role is pivotal in ensuring an excellent guest experience, optimising occupancy, and driving revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage guest accommodation operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of permanent and temporary staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all accommodation sites
- Manage bookings and revenue to achieve occupancy and financial targets
- Oversee health & safety compliance, supplier contracts, and financial controls
The Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in managing accommodation services in a large-scale setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evening and weekend availability
