We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accommodation Manager to lead and manage accommodation services for a fantastic London site. This role is pivotal in ensuring an excellent guest experience, optimising occupancy, and driving revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage guest accommodation operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of permanent and temporary staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all accommodation sites
• Manage bookings and revenue to achieve occupancy and financial targets
• Oversee health & safety compliance, supplier contracts, and financial controls

The Ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in managing accommodation services in a large-scale setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A flexible approach to working hours, including evening and weekend availability
