360 Global Tech Trainee Program
Locations and timeframe: 18 months, based in London, Zurich and Budapest
About the program
We’re looking for exceptional computer science graduates with 360 degrees of talent and vision to be part of our highly selective 18-month global tech trainee program.
Your year as a tech trainee will be life changing. Through hands-on experiences, you will obtain knowledge, insight, and skills to launch a dynamic EF career.
During your year as a 360, you will be exposed to multiple facets of one of our 17 business units and become equipped with extensive, hands-on knowledge of the industry as well as an expansive network of contacts and mentors throughout the organization.
The Role
Your role as a Technical Trainee is both a responsibility and an opportunity. You will collaborate with senior technology leaders who will serve as your mentors and managers, guiding you through the intricacies of technology in the language education sector. Your tasks will vary, from developing educational applications to data analysis for enhancing language learning experiences.
As an applicant based in Europe, you will have the option to work from our London, Zurich and Budapest offices. You will also have the chance to participate in interactive summits, connecting with fellow trainees while deepening your understanding of our position as a leader in international language education.
In this role, you will be entrusted with real responsibilities and tasked with implementing innovative projects. You must possess a blend of quantitative and qualitative skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with teams and drive technological initiatives within the language education domain.
The role starts in September 2024.
Requirements
- Academic degree in a technical field from a top university
- Fluency in English. Fluency in one other language is preferred
- International work and/or study experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proper work authorization for this opportunity (European work permit)
