Our client is seeking several full-time experienced Foreign Exchange Dealers. This is a 360 role and the successful applicants will be in control of the full sales cycle including both the sales and dealing aspects. Responsible for selling and managing foreign exchange services to companies and sending and receiving payments each day in multiple different currencies all around the world. You should have experience in international payments, currency markets, and currency derivative products.
Job Duties
- Develop strategies for building relationships with experienced mid-cap corporate clients.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding account requirements.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential referral sources and accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
- Manage all elements of a client portfolio.
- Contact corporate clients and set appointments with new business opportunities.
- Market and close sales opportunities for foreign exchange products and international payment services.
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales/pipeline reports and competitor information.
- Communicate customer requirements, sales, and lead information with the trading team and management.
- Adhere to the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering procedures, as well as all company policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in derivative instrument pricing and sales.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Extensive knowledge of client exposures at a corporate level.
- Experience selling cash flow and fair value hedges to corporations.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent ideal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Need to pass a financial and criminal background check.
Package
Competitive base – up to £60K with a transparent commission structure, and residual commissions on your portfolio clients.
