Are you passionate about IT and providing top-notch customer service? We’re looking for a skilled 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team of seven. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for escalated technical issues, ensuring our clients’ IT systems run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Efficiently manage technical cases and keep clients updated.
- Oversee the progress of technical issues handled by the team.
- Use monitoring software to keep a close eye on clients’ IT systems.
- Escalate issues promptly when necessary to ensure quick resolutions.
About You:
- Previous experience in IT helpdesk support.
- Strong knowledge of various IT systems.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- A UK driving license.
