The Role
Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship Programme
Closing Date: 25th October 2024
Start Date: 1st September 2025
This apprenticeship lasts 30-36 months, offering on-the-job training and a competitive study support package. WTW and our approved training provider will fully support you throughout.
Your application will be considered for one of the following teams:
- Global Lines of Business: We are a risk advisory and solutions business delivering innovative, integrated solutions tailored to client needs, supported by data, analytics, technology, and expert risk professionals.
- Global Aviation and Space: Working with airlines, airports, aerospace companies, and the space industry, providing risk solutions across various sectors.
- Global Financial Solutions: Serving international banks, leasing companies, traders, and multinational corporates with bespoke solutions and good execution.
- Global FINEX: Specializing in Financial, Executive, and Professional risks, offering tailored risk management solutions including Cyber, D&O, E&O, and M&A services.
- Global Direct & Facultative: Accessing global (Re)insurance markets to transfer risk across property, casualty, environmental, and structured risk products.
- Global Marine: Providing global expertise in shipping, maritime, and asset protection risks.
- Global Natural Resources: Addressing complex risks in oil & gas, power, utilities, renewable energy, and mining sectors.
- Strategic Sales & Industry: Supporting sales initiatives, client retention, and proposition development across sectors.
- Global Crisis Management including Alert:24: Managing security risks, crisis support, and client billing for security and risk advisory services.
- Retail: Working with clients from large multinationals to startups across sectors like leisure, real estate, healthcare, transportation, and logistics, offering a broad role involving multiple insurance classes and client-facing activities.
