Our Intern & Placement programme is designed to give you a hands-on insight into the work we do as a company and help develop skills and knowledge within your chosen field. Supported by targeted training, the programme is based on Arcadis\’ core values, providing both technical training and support to help you develop personally and professionally. You will be exposed to real projects and clients, gaining a range of experiences over the course of your 10-12 week internship or 12-month placement.
As a Management Consultant in our Business Transformation team, you will help our clients solve their most pressing problems by utilizing bold, digitally enabled solutions that positively impact people, the planet, and profit. You will help steer insights and develop solutions across various service capabilities, including Transformational Change, Digital Transformation, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Capital Programme Transformation. Your responsibilities may include data analysis, creating presentations/reports, facilitating workshops, or supporting tasks as needed. Qualifications & Experience:
- Working towards a degree in a relevant subject; we welcome any degree with a strong academic background and a passion for problem solving and client focus.
- Demonstrate skills such as resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (we embrace virtual working where possible).
