Purpose:

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Belfast store team.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 plus non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

This is a part-time, permanent position, with a contracted 4-12 hours per week. Ideal candidate:

• Has energy, drive, and passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
• Possesses a positive attitude towards customer service.
• Works well within a team, on a busy shop floor, and remains calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable product information.
2. Processing sales transactions at the till.
3. Recommending and promoting complementary products.
4. Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
5. Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are full.
6. Processing stock deliveries promptly.
7. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
8. Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
