We are recruiting for a well-established international business looking to add a Customer Service / Account Coordinator to its friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and building strong customer relationships.

The role will include:

  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and order progress
  • Liaising with production, logistics, and internal departments
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Supporting and managing key customer accounts

We are looking for someone with:
