We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a successful and well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional looking to take ownership of the Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with external certifications, and supporting operational excellence throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, maintain and continuously develop the site’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with all external quality certifications and accreditation requirements.
  • Monitor industry and regulatory changes that could impact quality standards and business objectives.
  • Identify, manage and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Support departments across the business with quality-related best practices and process improvements.
  • Manage, mentor and develop the quality team, providing training and support to maximise performance and professional development.
  • Ensure quality policies, procedures and processes are effectively implemented and adhered to throughout the organisation.
  • Coordinate and support external audits, certification visits and customer site visits.
