Trainee Production Operative Salary: £27,378 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm Permanent | Full-Time We are recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative to join an established business offering full training and the opportunity to learn specialist production processes. The Role * Learning to operate specialist production equipment * Preparing components for processing * Following work instructions and specifications * Carrying out visual and quality checks * Ensuring work meets required quality standards * Completing basic production documentation * Maintaining a clean and organised working area * Following health and safety procedures * Working as part of the wider production team We're looking for someone who is: * Reliable with a strong work ethic * Keen to learn and develop new skills * Comfortable in a practical, hands-on role * Able to follow instructions accurately * Quality focused with good attention to detail * A good team player Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential
