Location: Cotswolds Region (Oxford, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester and surrounding areas)

Salary: £45,000 Basic + OTE £75,000+

We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Property Partnerships Manager to develop and grow professional partnerships across the Cotswolds. This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on building long-term partnerships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, financial advisers and other property professionals. You will become a trusted local representative, generating referral opportunities, strengthening existing relationships and driving regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with property and financial services professionals.
